Hennepin County and the City of Minneapolis are hosting a public meeting for the Washington Avenue Design Concept and Partial Reconstruction Project on December 4th, 2012, from 5:00-7:00 p.m., in the Target Performance Hall at the Open Book (1011 Washington Ave South).
