[DMNA] DMNA Land Use Committee meeting scheduled for Tuesday, February 6, at 6:30 p.m.

Good Afternoon DMNA Board Members and Supporters:

Just a reminder that the DMNA Land Use Committee is scheduled to meet on
Tuesday, February 6, at 6:30 p.m. at the DMNA office, 528 Hennepin Avenue,
Suite #310.  

There are currently two items on the agenda:

1.  Red Wagon - new ownership
2.  Bootleggers - new ownership

There may be some additional items that Land Use Chair Andy Hauer will
present for discussion.  I am aware that there are modifications being made
to the Wyman Building, specifically, the entrance to the Aqua Nightclub.  I
do not believe any representatives from this project will be presenting on
Tuesday.

Just another reminder that Sherman Associates is hosting a meeting on
Monday, February 5, at 6:00 p.m., at the Crown Roller Mill Building
regarding 201 Park Avenue, and the NRP and City of Minneapolis are hosting a
meeting at 7:00 p.m., this same night, at the Mill City Museum to discuss
the
City's Community Engagement Plan.
