[DMNA] Important Downtown Community Meetings Scheduled for Monday, February 5

Greetings Downtown Residents:

Please be aware that there are two important meetings coming up next week
that you should consider attending.  

First, Sherman Associates is hosting a community meeting on Monday, February
5, 2007, at 6:00 p.m., at the Crown Roller Mill building (2nd floor atrium),
to discuss plans related to the Zenith Condominium Project, which is located
in the Historic Mills District along Second Street South.  If you have an
interest in this project, please plan to attend and provide feedback about
future retail components of the development.

Next, the NRP and the City Coordinator are hosting a public meeting to
discuss the Community Engagement Report, on Monday, February 5, at 7:00
p.m., at the Mill City Museum.   This report makes recommendations about how
the City engages community members in the City's decision-making processes.

This is a very important meeting, as the future of the Minneapolis
Neighborhood Revitalization Program is at stake.  Please plan to attend if
