The DMNA will host a public meeting regarding "The Wave" on Wednesday,
September 27, at 6:30 p.m. at Open Book.
Representatives from Omni Investment (formerly Heritage Development), will
give a presentation on the project, which includes 38 residential units, a
9,400 sq. ft. spa, and a 9,600 sq. ft. restaurant, proposed for the site of
the former Fuji Ya Restaurant and vacant land to the west owned by the
Minneapolis Park and Recreation Board. If you have questions or concerns
about this project, please plan to attend the meeting.
