For 2006 I am planning a monthly evening "Coffee Office Hour" in the
neighborhoods served by the First Precinct's Virtual Block Club.  The other
4 precincts have monthly PACs (aka Precinct And Community meetings or
Precinct Advisory Councils) where stakeholders in the area can air crime
concerns and ask questions.  Since no one has come forward to lead up a PAC
in the First Precinct, I'll be available "in lieu" of a PAC at these dates,
times, and locations listed below.

I'll be at a wi-fi coffee shop in your neighborhood for 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
I'll be there to answer questions, add people to our alert lists, and
generally network with you to help resolve crime and safety issues in your
area.  Generally I will be there by 6:30pm.

Downtown West and East (DMNA territory):  
Pencil in these 2nd Mondays Except September (no mtg.) 
January 9, March 13, May 8, July 10, October 16 (3rd Mon.), December 11:
Caribou 501 Washington Av. S. 
.and these 3rd Thursdays Except April (no mtg.)
